Directions: 
Cold: Store in freezer in zip lock or freezer bag - great for injuries and swollen joints.
Hot: Heat in microwave for 90 seconds, if not warm enough heat for a further 30 seconds - do not overheat. Great for general aches and pains, pregnancy and period pains.
